Dr G is a wonderful vet. Caring and smart. I think he's taken care of my cats for 20 to 25 years. Not only is he exceptional at medical care, he is exceptional with people - and is extraordinary when the inevitable loss of each one, dealing with the grief, and counsel when the time comes to let your pet go. I can't find the right words to praise him for what he has done for me and my cats.

Dr G is excellent. Very practical. We have been going to him for 14 years. He has guided us through two dogs and a cat. these animals are the most important things in our lives, and I believe that animals are most important to him as well.

Most recently our little chihuahua mix's face swelled up the size of a golf ball. We were scared for Mr Peanut. We took him to Dr G and he kept him for the day. He had to remove one major tooth that was infected causing the swelling, and two others that were in danger.

I left with peanut that afternoon and had some scripts to carry out. In two days the swelling was gone and Mr P was 200% happier. We are lucky to have Dr G right down the road.

This is a special facility. Despite it being big and often busy, the doctors and staff have a wonderful combination of comprehensive knowledge and bedside manner.

We had a rough night and the entire staff was so attentive and emotionally sympathetic and helpful throughout. I felt like my pet and myself were in very good hands.

What can I say... This place is god sent. I have a new puppy Theo who was neutered by Dr. G last week and he recovered in 24hours. I was so worried about his recovery having heard some nasty stories about other veterinarians and I was scared.

Both Dr G and Dr. Lochak are the most caring and considered vets. Mike - the assistant - also top of the line loving and caring. Everyone who loves their pet and is looking for solid pet care should be using this practice!!!!

Dr. G at Animal Health Center is one of the best vets in New York. I have been entrusting him and his professional, caring staff with my pets for several years.

My brother who moved from the Upper East side to downtown Brooklyn stills takes his dog and cat to Dr G. Highly recommend Animal Health Center.
